Pi Desktop — themes

Screenshots from the running macOS app (Settings → Appearance), one per built-in palette. Switching applies the tokens live, persists them to ~/.pi-desktop/settings.json, and sets color-scheme so native controls follow the theme. The sun/moon button in the status bar cycles system → light → dark without opening Settings.

Graphite theme — Graphite near-black, violet accent

Midnight theme — Midnight deep navy, sky accent

Aurora theme — Aurora ink blue, periwinkle accent

Andromeda theme — Andromeda slate blue, cyan accent

Sand theme — Sand warm paper, terracotta accent

Mist theme — Mist cool grey, teal accent

Light theme — Light original neutral palette

Dark theme — Dark original neutral palette

2026 interface pass: one radius scale (6–28px) drives every corner, surfaces layer page → card → inset, and each palette is checked by src/themes.test.ts — complete token sets, surface ordering per appearance, text ≥ 7:1, muted ≥ 4.5:1, accent ≥ 3:1, label-on-accent ≥ 4.5:1.
